Pooh Powder™ is a specially engineered mix of a non-toxic polymer based absorbent (similar to what is in baby diapers), along with an organic decay catalyst and an odor neutralizer (no perfumes). When waste comes in contact with the powder, the powder gels the liquid waste, encapsulates the solid waste, removes odors and begins the decay process. The Pooh Powder™ comes preloaded in the WAG BAG® Kits and, when used properly, prevents spills and makes pack out and disposal in the trash easy. The Pooh Powder™ comes in a sturdy plastic canister with a screw top. A scoop is included. One scoop gels up to 21 ounces of liquid. The canister contains 120 scoops of Pooh Powder™ and weighs 4.2 lbs. Each WAG Bag® can be used several times if desired. When you are using the Pett® portable toilet for mainly liquid waste, having extra Pooh Powder™ on hand enables you to get more uses out of each WAG Bag®. Sprinkling additional Pooh Powder™ over the top of solid waste after each use maximizes odor control. For maximum effectiveness, be sure the additional powder is in direct contact with the waste and not on the toilet paper that may have been deposited. This is powerful stuff - it's totally amazing how well it neutralizes odor and solidifies liquid waste.
