At Camp in Comfort we are dedicated to providing you with top quality products and service. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to e-mail us at customerservice@campincomfort.com If there is a problem with a product, it will be taken care of according to the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Please see below for help with this.

Shipping

We ship to the United States.
We usually ship via UPS Ground
All shipping addresses must be actual street addresses.
Products are shipped to you direct from the manufacturers with the exception of Portable Toilet related, Bug Repellent, Tempachair and Mountain House products which are shipped from Vermont.
We charge actual UPS rates with no added handling fee.

Tracking your order

You may click the "Track Your Order" button at the top of any page to see the status of your order. We will e-mail you the tracking number as soon as it is available. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at customerservice@campincomfort.com

Returns

If you wish to return a product for an exchange or refund, please e-mail us at customerservice@campincomfort.com with the following information:

Product name & number
Date of purchase
Reason for return
Your name & address
What would you like us to do?

Products returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Products which are not defective may be returned for 30 days from date of purchase. They must be returned unused, in new condition and in the original packaging. You pay return shipping. We will refund full product cost but not the shipping.

If you receive a product which has been damaged in shipping, please save all the packaging and contact us immediately.
