At Camp in Comfort we are dedicated to providing you with top quality products and service. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to e-mail us at customerservice@campincomfort.com If there is a problem with a product, it will be taken care of according to the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Please see below for help with this.

We ship to the United States.
We usually ship via UPS Ground. (Picnic Time and Alps Mountaineering products usually ship via FedEx.)
All shipping addresses must be actual street addresses.
We charge actual UPS rates with no added handling fee.
Alps Mountaineering products are shipped from New Haven, MO 63068.
Crazy Creek products are shipped from Red Lodge, MT 59068.
Picnic Time products are shipped from MoorPark, CA 93021.
TravelChair products are shipped from Gig Harbor, WA 98335.
All other products are shipped from Waterbury, VT 05676.

If you wish to return a product for an exchange or refund, please e-mail us at customerservice@campincomfort.com with the following information:

Products returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Products which are not defective may be returned for 30 days from date of purchase. They must be returned unused, in new condition and in the original packaging. You pay return shipping. We will refund full product cost but not the shipping.

If you receive a product which has been damaged in shipping, please save all the packaging and contact us immediately.
