  • Products are shipped to you direct from the manufacturers with the exception of Mountain House products which are shipped from Vermont.
  • We charge actual UPS rates with no added handling fee.

Returns

If you find a product to be defective, please contact us at customerservice@campincomfort.com. When you receive a Return Authorization, please return the product by UPS Ground to the address you are directed. Please include the following information:

  • Product number
  • Description of defect
  • Approximate date of purchase
  • Your name & adddress
